Created by seasoned motorsport professionals who have seen firsthand the challenges drivers and teams face in connecting with one another, Racing Drives is a motorsport marketplace where drivers can explore race-seat opportunities and teams can find driving talent.

Finding the right seat takes time

For a driver, it can be difficult to know which teams have a seat available, what the programme involves and whether it fits your plans. Teams face the same challenge from the other side: finding drivers with the experience, availability and budget their programme needs.

Racing Drives brings that information together. Drivers can browse available seats, teams can look through driver profiles, and both can get in touch to discuss an opportunity.

What verification means

We review driver and team profiles before they appear in the marketplace. Our admins can use the private contact details supplied at sign-up to follow up with the person behind an account. Teams must confirm that their contact is authorised to represent them.

A Verified Driver or Verified Team badge means the profile has passed our review. It is not a guarantee of funding, racing ability or the outcome of an agreement. Drivers and teams should still check the details of any programme before committing.

We understand the need for discretion

You may be exploring next season while still committed to your current team or driver line-up. Free previews keep identities hidden, and access to full details depends on membership. Initial enquiries take place through Racing Drives, without publishing your personal contact details by default.

What happens after an introduction?

Racing Drives helps drivers and teams find one another. Once you’ve connected, you take the conversation off the platform and deal directly with each other. Our role in the introduction is complete; any negotiations, payments and agreements are handled between you.
